Local Services Ads

Local Services Ads for law firms — the top of the page, paid by the lead

LSAs sit above everything, including paid search, and you pay per lead rather than per click. That makes them attractive and easy to waste money on at the same time.

The problem this solves

Leads come in, some of them are plainly not your case type, and nobody is disputing them. Your budget is being spent on calls that were never going to sign.

What I actually do

  • Screening, verification and licence requirements handled properly
  • Service areas and job types set so you are not paying for the wrong case
  • Lead review and dispute process, run consistently rather than when someone remembers
  • Call handling and response time, because LSA ranking responds to it
  • Reporting that separates LSA leads from paid search rather than lumping them together

You pay per lead. Two of these came back only because somebody looked.

How it gets measured

Cost per signed case from LSA specifically, dispute recovery rate, and response time against the firms you compete with.

Measurement only reaches a signed case where I have access to your intake and case management system. Where I don’t, the chain stops at the qualified lead — and I will say so rather than estimate.

The rest of it

These are not separate products. A firm usually needs several, and which ones depend on what the diagnostic finds.

Not sure which of these your firm needs? That is what the diagnostic is for.
