Services

The whole marketing function — personal injury only.

Eight disciplines, one person running them. Six of them generate inquiries. The other two — intake and attribution — decide how many of those inquiries become cases, and whether anyone can tell which marketing produced them. I run all of it, which is how the pieces stay connected. A firm usually needs several, and which ones depend on what is actually broken.

Generate inquiries

The channels that put your firm in front of someone who has just been hurt and is deciding who to call.

What I don’t do

Television, radio, out-of-home and billboard buying. I have sat on the firm side of those buys and can tell you whether one is worth making, but I don’t place the media — I refer that to people who do it full time, and I don’t take a cut. The same goes for anything where a specialist will beat me.

I also don’t white label. If a referral partner is better at a piece of this than I am, you hire them directly and you know exactly who is doing the work.

The first step is the same either way: find out what is actually costing you cases.
