Intake conversion
Intake conversion — the cases you already paid for and lost anyway
The most expensive leads in your firm are the ones you already paid for and never signed. Fixing intake is cheaper than buying more traffic, and it works the same week.
The problem this solves
Leads arrive and nobody can say how fast they were called, how many times, or how many were never called twice. Nights and weekends go to voicemail, which is when car accidents happen.
What I actually do
- Speed to lead measured, then held to a number your team can actually hit
- Follow-up sequences so a lead gets worked, not called once and filed
- After-hours and weekend coverage decided deliberately rather than by default
- Call recording review — what gets said, what gets missed, what loses the case
- Intake scripting and qualification that separates your case type from the noise
- Lead-to-signed-case rate reported by source, so you see which channels send signable cases
The 29 are the cheapest cases in the building. They are already bought.
How it gets measured
Lead-to-signed-case rate, speed to first contact, contact attempts per lead, and how many leads were never reached at all — the number most firms have never seen.
Measurement only reaches a signed case where I have access to your intake and case management system. Where I don’t, the chain stops at the qualified lead — and I will say so rather than estimate.
The rest of it
These are not separate products. A firm usually needs several, and which ones depend on what the diagnostic finds.
Not sure which of these your firm needs? That is what the diagnostic is for.
